Once you reach out and confirm, you’ll receive a consulting agreement, a materials request list, an NDA, and an invoice.

Materials review.
You’ll complete a focused intake that surfaces your vision, your clinical philosophy, and your biggest questions about growth. Your answers shape everything that follows. I will review all materials you send.

Phase 1: Positioning.
We uncover your clinical identity, define your ideal patient, and articulate the differentiator that makes you the only choice for the right patient. This module will likely require more than one session. I will provide prompts for consideration as light homework between sessions.

Phase 2: Practice portfolio.
We examine how your services are described and oriented to the patient journey — so your story is clear before anyone tries to tell it.

Phase 3: Channel strategy.
We map the full ecosystem: referral networks, community presence, reviews, media, and how to choose and direct the right marketing partners. This module will also likely require a few sessions and time for honest reflection on prompts between sessions.

Implementation.
You continue your growth journey with newfound clarity, and I will provide email support as you execute for up to a month after our sessions conclude.
