A 3-part live workshop for independent specialty healthcare practice owners who are ready to move beyond back and forth AI conversations and actually build something with it.

This workshop works entirely on the business side of your practice. Patient data is never part of it.

Most people who use AI have useful conversations and stop there — not because they can't do more, but because no one has shown them how. This workshop does that. We work exclusively in Claude, moving through the layers of what it can do: from a basic chat to a fully configured setup that knows your practice and runs on its own.

You'll leave with My Monday Morning Business Briefing — a working AI setup built around the business side of your practice, waiting for you when the week starts. We'll also talk honestly about where AI falls short and where it has no place in a practice like yours. That's part of the curriculum too.
